Blue paint revealed in the Victorian bedroomThe drying out stage is now complete and new ceilings have been created, soon to be painted. The walls are now being prepared for painting and one of the highlights has been working with Cole and Son, manufacturers of fine printed wallpapers since 1875.

We have commissioned Cole and Son to create a design from their archive for the Victorian bedroom. The marigold original design in wood block dates back to the 1870’s and the wallpaper for the Regency Room is a hand blocked design and was chosen to complement the specially woven carpet.
