Gustav’s Gramophone 1 July – 20 December 2017

Swap digital for shellac! We have the Holst family gramophone on display – come and hear some vintage sounds in this special exhibition.

Grand Opening Event Sunday 2nd July 2017

Bake Back in Time 1:30-5pm
Using her trusty 1920s Mrs Beeton and our working Victorian range, our resident cook will be baking a range of period cakes for visitors to sample.

Gramophone Demonstrations 2:30pm & 3:30pm

Children’s Drop-in Craft Activities 2-4pm
Design a record sleeve for Holst’s first electrical recording of The Planets.
