Clive Carroll (guitar) and Lily Neill (lever harp) gave a fantastic performance in aid of the Holst Museum on 11th May 2019 in the lovely surroundings of Bishops Cleeve Tithe Barn.  It was a real treat to hear these two musicians perform together – something they rarely do – and the combination of guitar and harp was a delight.  The programme included a few nods to the music of Gustav Holst: Clive gave a solo rendition of his composition “Thaxted Town” (Holst worked on The Planets while living in Thaxted), and the programme ended with a moving and delicate version of “In The Bleak Midwinter”.  Bravo!
