We regret that the Victorian book group meetings will not take place until further notice, as the museum is closed due to Coronavirus.

 

Book group runs from 10-11:30am at the Holst Birthplace Museum.

Revisit old favourites and discover forgotten classics in this monthly meet-up. The session will take place in the Victorian kitchen with plenty of tea, coffee and cake, as well as a coal-fire in the winter months.

Wednesday October 7: Daniel Deronda by George Eliot

Wednesday November 4: Phineas Phinn  by Anthony Trollope

Wednesday December 2: Under the Greenwood Tree by Thomas Hardy

Free with an annual admission ticket. A small donation towards refreshments is welcome. No need to book – just turn up!
